	Until completion of the Trustee's sale your debtor still owns the property. There may be types of insurance that you can purchase to help protect your investment. You should seek the advice of your insurance broker or agent.
	Are there any short cuts to completing a foreclosure?
	No. The foreclosure process takes approximately four months from beginning to end. Because of the time period, the sooner you commence foreclosure the sooner your problem will be resolved and your financial losses will be reduced.
